Waterfront displays get judged on reflection quality as much as the sky show itself, so this design kept burst height about 15% lower than our typical stadium program, giving the lake surface more of the visual weight rather than pushing everything skyward.
Wind direction was the deciding factor in final shell selection — we swapped out three planned effects that would have drifted smoke directly over the viewing area based on a same-day wind check, even though it meant reprinting the printed program at the last minute.
The finale sequence ran just under four minutes, synced to a three-part musical build the client had selected eight months earlier during the initial consultation.
