Every display in our archive is marked Scheduled, Performed, or Archived. Archived doesn’t mean anything went wrong — it usually just means the venue is no longer available to us, as with a permit that wasn’t renewed.
We keep archived entries in the public record because the design work and site data behind them remain useful reference material, even after the venue itself is gone.
