We book venues and dates up to a year out. Here’s what the process actually looks like from first call to ignition.
Initial consultation
A first call to talk through venue, budget range, and date — enough to tell you honestly whether we're a fit before either side commits more time.
Site survey
We walk the actual site in person before any design work starts. Remote-only design without a site visit is not something we offer, regardless of budget.
Design & simulation
Full choreography, shell selection, and simulation pass, presented for approval before any shell order is placed or permit filed.
Permitting & firing
We handle permit filing in every jurisdiction we operate in. A licensed firing crew lead is on site for every display, regardless of scale.
